Email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.

The full $49.99 purchase price.

Refunds are not available after 7 days from delivery. We also cannot refund if you've pointed a custom domain at your site and used it commercially (e.g., put the URL on business cards, marketing materials, or in active advertising), as this indicates the work has been put into production use.

Our engine produces quality work. If it doesn't for any reason — design didn't match your vibe, copy didn't capture your business right, anything at all — we'd rather refund you and improve than have an unhappy customer.

Please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We honor refund requests within the policy terms, and resolving directly with us is faster.
